منوچهر
Iraj's grandson, who took back what had been lost.
After Iraj was killed, a daughter was born in his house. Fereydun married her to his nephew Pashang, and their son was Manuchehr. The old king raised the boy himself. He gave him a golden throne and a heavy mace, and gathered the champions of Iran around him.
Salm and Tur sent gifts and asked to be forgiven. Fereydun sent the gifts back. Manuchehr met the two of them on the battlefield, and neither came home. Then Fereydun set the crown on his head, and Manuchehr ruled Iran for a hundred and twenty years.
