Diamonds, the house of Fereydun
Red. The old king, his mother, the blacksmith who brought a city to his side, and the banner.
FereydunفریدونThe king who chained the tyrant Zahhak, and later divided the world between his three sons.
FaranakفرانکFereydun's mother, who kept him hidden from Zahhak.
KavehکاوهThe blacksmith whose apron became the banner of Iran.
The Kaviani bannerدرفش کاویانیA blacksmith's apron, covered in jewels and carried before the kings of Iran.
Hearts, the house of Iraj
Red. The youngest son, his wife, the grandson who took his place, and the crown.
IrajایرجThe youngest son, who was given Iran and went to his brothers unarmed.
SahiسهیIraj's wife, named after the cypress.
ManuchehrمنوچهرIraj's grandson, who took back what had been lost.
The crown of Iranتاج ایرانThe crown Fereydun gave to Iraj, and in the end to Manuchehr.
