Tur
تور
The second son, king of Turan, quick to anger.
Tur was the son who charged at the dragon. Fereydun named him for it: brave, and as quick as fire. In the division he was given Turan and China, the wide east beyond the river.
When Salm wrote to him about the crown, he needed no persuading. And when Iraj stood before them holding it out, Tur was the one who struck. His land took his name, and its kings, down to Afrasiab, never stopped fighting Iran.
